Blogging with Keyword Research In Mind

When you have a blog, it is one thing to post whatever is on your mind and then it is another to spend a little time to research your headlines so that they not only grab the attention of your readers but they also get the search engine traffic you need as a result of choosing the right keywords.


The problem is deciding if the keywords you want to use will be competitive or not and if you are a new blog choosing low competitive keywords is the better option, while if your site is older and has good authority backlinks than you can afford to chase higher competing keywords. It is known that if you research keywords properly for your headline and can get them under 100,000 competing pages you can rise to the 1st page fairly quickly and easily.

As a general rule I tend to stick to using keywords that have 1 million competing pages or lower and that have a growing search trend so they will get a good click through rate, the 3 main tools to use is Google Competition, Google Insights and Google Trends. The problem is having to go back and forth to these windows each time you write a blog post takes a considerable amount of time so for this I recommend you use a SEO plugin called Keyword Winner.

You can use something like Google Ads Tool which is also free but the problem is you might have good search count and than next month search count is down, so again remember Google Trends which can give you an overall search count over a six month period or so to see if the keyword is gaining more searches over the months or not.

There is no rule that you should stick to dense keywords in your headline meaning 4-5 words, sometimes I use around 10 words in my headline but are consisted of 2 or 3 sets of key phrases and again can rank well for each set provided I do a quick check on competition before hand.
By researching keywords properly and getting to the 1st page of Google for each blog post you do will bring an exploding amount of traffic to your site, particularly if you keep it consistent. In my experience I have been able to write blog posts that bring in sales using keywords with review or coupon codes and again make money this way too.

Many bloggers fail to spend time to make their headlines in their posts suited for Google and yet by neglecting a small but very important thing can be the main reason why they succeed or fail as a blogger particularly if they take blogging more serious or treat it as a business and a way to generate income.
Always remember having the right headline together with meta title and the permalink is the most important thing. The keywords you choose that go on the page itself is just the icing on the cake.

1.) Mengubah setingan bandwith pada OS Windows xp, vista, maupun Windows 7.

Saya sudah mencoba cara ini lebih dari 5 komputer, dan yang memiliki windows-seperti yang saya katakan diatas, Pada dasarnya OS windows sudah membatasi bandwidth untuk koneksi internet sebanyak 20% dari total bandwidth yang seharusnya bisa maksimal 100%, jika netter ingin menambah bandwidth internet supaya koneksinya terasa lebih cepat dan kencang bisa dengan cara mengurangi atau mengosongkan batasan bandwidth tersebut supaya pada Windows kita bisa maksimal dalam menggunakan bandwidth yang sudah ada.

Ikuti trik di bawah…
1.) Klik Start, kemudian pilih run
2.) Ketikan Gpedit.msc kemudian tekan enter, setelah itu maka akan ada konfirmasi dan klik Ok. (kalau tidak ada, berarti kita langsung bisa masuk).
3.) Langkah ketiga kita akan masuk kedalam menunya, dan pilih pada bagian Computer Configuration kemuadian pilih Administrative Templates,
4.) Selanjutanya pilih bagian Network,
5.) Setelah terbuka klik QoS Packet scheduler
8. Kemudian klik Limit Reservable Bandwidth
9. Dan setelah terbuka ubah setting menjadi Enable Kemudian ubah Bandwidth Limitnya menjadi 0%,
11. Klik Apply, dan terus Ok
12. Kemudian keluar dan Restart komputer
Tadi adalah cara yang mudah bagi anda yang mau mencoba.

2.) Pakai browser Google Chrome atau Apple Safari
Versi terbaru dari browser Chrome dan Safari sangatlah cepat bila dibandingkan dengan Firefox ataupun Internet Explorer (sudah dicoba dan terbukti memang jauh lebih cepat). Saran kami pakailah Google Chrome karena selain cepat, Chrome lebih aman dibanding dengan Safari, walau dalam beberapa hal Safari kadang lebih cepat dari Chrome.
Kalau netter/orang yang sering ngenet sudah terbiasa memakai Firefox dan tidak ingin beralih ke browser lagi, bisa tambahkan Add-on “Adblock” untuk memblok iklan, gambar, dan flash yang aktif. Ada beberapa Add-on lagi dari Firefox seperti NoScript yang bisa mempercepat akses internet, tapi sayangnya kalau kebanyakan Add-on justru, kadang malah memperlambat akses dari browser Firefox sendiri.

3.) Perbesar cache browser hingga 5% dari kapasitas Harddisk atau 1 – 2 GB
Cara ini terbukti efektif untuk mempercepat akses browser. Logikanya adalah browser tidak perlu tiap kali loading gambar dan tetek bengeknya segala setiap kali berkunjung ke situs yang sudah pernah dikunjungi, karena kalau situs sudah pernah dikunjungi akan otomatis di-cache oleh browser dan disimpan.
Cara ini hanya berlaku jika kapasitas harddisk netter cukup besar. Pada umumnya masing-masing browser ada yang bisa diset kapasitas cachenya, ada yang otomatis. Jika browser netter tidak ada pilihan set cache, artinya netter jangan sering-sering (atau tidak perlu) clear history di browser.

Tips Mempercepat Browsing Internet

Squid adalah software (server) proxy atau internet cache yang menyimpan data dari hasil browsing kita ke hardisk lokal, sehingga internet kita terasa semakin cepat karena beberapa file seperti image, script, video atau audio sudah disimpen dulu di hardisk. Dengan demikian browser tidak perlu mengambil data secara langsung dari internet lagi, yang perlu diambil dari internet hanya beberapa file update’an dari situs tersebut. Hal ini membuat loading browsing internet kita menjadi semakin cepat saat kita mengunjungi situs-situs yang sering kita kunjungi itu.

Manfaat menggunakan Squid:

* Browsing semakin cepat (untuk situs yang sudah pernah dibuka)

* Ngirit bandwidth atau kuota pemakaian internet

* Expandable User (memperbanyak user yang boleh ikutan sharing interne

Akan lebih bagus lagi diinstal di WINDOWS SERVER, karena di Windows XP tcp line hanya di batasi sampai 10.

Silahkan di download dulu Squid 2.7 --> Download (password: lasuth.tk)

Kemudian extract terserah di mana.

Step by step instal:

* Copy folder “squid“ hasil extract ke C:\

* Masuk ke Start >> Run >> CMD

* Muncul command terus ketik cd C:\squid\sbin (enter)

* squid -z (enter)

* squid -d 1 -D (enter). Jika nggak jalan otomatis, pencet “Ctrl+C“

* squid -i (enter)

* squid -O -D (enter)

* Selesai instal squid. Selanjutnya Start >> Run >> services.msc

* Cari services “Squid“, kemudian klik kanan dan “Start“

* Terakhir, setting proxy browser 127.0.0.1 port 3128

Jika untuk Internet sharing maka untuk kliennya gantilah 127.0.0.1 dengan IP Adress dari komputer tempat Squid ini di instal. Misal Squid diinstal di komputer server dengan IP 192.168.0.1, maka di klien anda setting di browser (Mozilla, IE, Opera, dll) dengan 192.168.0.1 port 3128 di bagian proxynya.

* Selesai, rasakan bedanya. Untuk awal browse mungkin belum terasa. Tetapi ketika anda membuka kembali halaman tersebut maka akan sangat terasa manfaat dari Squid ini.

Jika nggak mau ribet setting manual proxy browser ataupun YM, pakai aja Proxifier. Tinggal set proxy proxifier 127.0.0.1 port 3128 pilih yang HTTPS. Semua koneksi internet kamu akan jalan direct memakai squid.

Untuk uninstal squid:

* Masuk ke Start >> Run >> CMD

* Muncul command terus ketik cd C:\squid\sbin (enter)

* squid -r (enter)

* Normal lagi deh internet kamu kayak semula, jangan lupa setting ulang network browser kamu ke direct “No proxy“

Update untuk windows 7

* Pertama adalah siapin SQUID tentunya, kalo belum ada download dulu DISINI, kemudian ekstrak di “c:\squid“
* Taruh file “squid.conf” ke folder “c:\squid\etc“
* Nah, ini bagian yang penting dimana beberapa kali squid menemui error saat intalasi jika mengabaikan langkah-langkah ini. Lakukan disable pada UAC (User Account Control)

Control Panel -> System and Security -> Change User Account Control Settings

* Kemudian pilih “Never Notify” dan restart komputer anda
* Buka command prompt anda dan masuk ke direktori squid kemudian jalan squid dengan perintah seperti ini dulu?“squid -i” tungguin sebentar proses akan berjalan.
* Setelah selesai ketikkan perintah seperti ini??squid -z? yang berfungsi untuk membangun cache, tunggu lagi sambil ngopi-ngopi sampai proses tsb kelar
* Setelah semua selesai yang harus anda lakukan adalah mengaktifkan squid di service. Masuk ke

Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services

* Cari dan lihat service yang bernama Squid, dan ga usah pikir panjang lagi langsung aja “start this service“ . O iya anda juga bisa menset squid aktif otomatis setiap kali anda hidupin komputer, tapi itu tergantung pilihan anda sendiri.
* Selesai? yup benar cmn sampai disitu aje hehe..
* Jangan lupa browser set ke proxy 127.0.0.1 port 3128
